  1. i have no love lost for the pdrm but this woman is nuts.she is provoking them for only god knows what.get a life lady!

  2. This lady is an idiot. Like some of the others said, I see more provocation and obstruction of justice rather than police intimidation.

  3. I can't see anything wrong with the 2 polis. But I do see this crazy inconsiderate self centred woman trying to make herself famous and I am glad the whole episode has BACKFIRED on her.

You were stopped for an offence. Accept it. Now delete the video from whatever site you have posted and offer an apology to the 2 polis. If you are GOD fearing, search your conscience and do the right thing.

  4. hi pamela, im from penang, 30 yr old woman , malay and I only have 5 yrs experience in driving.

I got same situation like u, using handphone while driving and u turn di tempat yg salah.

when i u-turn, suddenly in front sekolah convent @ Penang, ada 2 policeman, (malay n indian) tahan i.

I know i was wrong. But I was really scared (i know most of people have the same feeling when they got stopped by police or meet any road block).

They asked for my IC n licence and I said I was in hurry to pick up my daughter. I was holding my handphone and I dont dare (or maybe wont care) to record video because I was scared to play with police. And u know what? They also make jokes with me, "betul nak jemput anak? macam muda jer lagi"

I just smiled, take the summons and thats it! continue driving…as simple as that.

i dont know what happen before the video has been recorded, but do u mind to share with us?

  5. i dont know the point of clever pamela to take the video…

she broke the law, the police doing their job.. end of story… its like she assume the police just messing with her, assume they asking rasuah from her.. prejudice failed!!!

of course the police pissed, not everyone comfortable getting their face recorded in video… talking big like citizen's rights and all, you are an idiot pamela… so ignorant..

    BODOH SOMBONG!!

  6. I think she is very 'kurang ajar' and sarcastic to an officer of law.Cant even speak her national language, defacing goverment properties. no wonder, perkasa membership increasing.thank you pamela, from a perkasa new joinee.

  7. Ms. Pamela Lim : SHAME ON YOU!!! You deliberately provoked the police. You were rude, arrogant and you did break the law…Please make no mistake about that. If you hoped that this video would make you out to be a brave heroine in the public's eyes, you are dead wrong!!

Some people will do anything to gain infamy, it seems. Pathetic!!

  8. Pamela, when you were stopped you already had made up your mind to play the 'victim' here. You record the whole thing and try to get the viewer to sympathize and truthfully, the drama is pathetic. Just sign the damn summon and get on with your life.

Experienced or higher ranking cops will probably do this to you and you have no choice.

    1. Suspecting you of hiding contrabands: drugs, weapons when you refuse to cooperate

    2. Suspecting you of DUI – alcohol, drugs. You're not talking any sense.

    3. Refusing to cooperate with uniformed civil servants, which let them to believe that you're 1 & 2 (see above)

So again, even when you're trying to sound 'superior' to them by speaking English, you came off worse by your pathetic actions. You have also indirectly trying to insight a 'racial' issue by your actions, to the viewers. In my view, you can be detained by ISA. You have the platform (this blog) to reach to the mass, and thus this 'unrest' can be deemed as a 'hateful act' by creating unrests among the local races.

And Pamela, we can see thru your bluff. Stop playing the victim and grow up.

  9. Unbelievable Comments some of them. But Antares is right. We all need to grow up. Leaders lead. Police and those in authority lead. They must show good example. Pam is a Malaysian who has rights as well. But if the police can so easily fall into the trap then how can we blame anyone else but the police ? It's high time we mature as a society pls. ….. No longer about pakatan or barisan. But about us ourselves. We need more education. And this video is one way to educate. Thanks a lot Pam! Revolutionaries always have one side for and the other side against. If u don't ripple are not a revolutionary

  10. the video show the stupidity of the woman…u r rude and who r u ?..break the law and now showing like u r the victim….hahaha..u r the one u r agains the law… stupid woman…

  11. I say Lawyer, if you are really one

You memanglah buruk! – giving publicity to such an arrogant and obnoxious woman.

You are always criticizing all and everything that is Government and UMNO have you seen yourself in the mirror

    Who is threatening whom?

This woman should have been charged with "obstruction of the law – a Policeman from carrying out his duty.

From the tone of voice, words employed and action of filming she the woman was the out to intimidate the Police officers while she was claiming to vice versa.

The Policemen were merely doing their duty as per the snippet film. I am sure this ignominious woman is a spinster and a fitting cohort partner for our Lawyerburuk!

You can be a disgrace to yourself in general and the Malaysian society in particular.

    Thanks but no thanks

  12. from the video… i conclude that she's stupid… let them do the job… why was the need of provoking the police job?… was she thinking that by doing that, those cop will cancel the summon?… if i were the police i'll think ways to arrest her… stupid pamela… whole malaysian now know that she's stupid…

  13. Pamela is the typical spoilbrat of modern parents. She used her education (or lack of it) for the wrong purpose. I regret to say her behaviour is shameful and reflected very badly on her parents who had failed to bring her up properly. And to top it all, she exposed how ugly, naive, egoistic and dumb she really is by uploading this video! And wait…by doing this she actually thought she's very clever!

Hey Pamela…show some respect to the laws and other fellow humans! Bullying would lead you nowhere! You are lucky this time. You do this again and before long you may one day find acid splashed on your face or some other damage inflicted on you for being so cocky! I hope not. So please start growing a brain right now. Yes, you may be very clever but you are definitely not intelligent.

  14. Btw, I believe that if you would like to be? respected, you got to give respect first and just because they can't speak English it doesn't mean that you have to question them whether they understand certain words. This lady is so disrespectful. This is our malaysians today fighting on purpose without any cause. Btw, scribbling on their book is an offence if it was a senior officer, she would have been arrested!!

  15. I won't comment on this video because what happened before that wasn't captured, but I wish to share my experience involving Malaysian policemen.

Once, at the Taman Pulai Utama cross-road near UTM Skudai (the one with traffic lights in front of Giant, Pulai Utama), I wanted to go from one housing area to another so I turned left at the traffic light junction, which was still green. About half a km after turning, the policemen who were waiting there waved me over. This uniformed dude then came over and said 'So you ran the red lights yeah?' I was flabbergasted! The traffic lights were certainly green when I crossed the line! So I told him so. Then he said 'But I saw you turning to this road so fast, you must have ran the red lights!'

Wow, what powers of deduction! The whole conversation was in BM but I can't remember the exact wordings so I just write it in English but the important fact is that these policemen said I was in the wrong just by assumption!

How can someone entrusted to uphold justice be so baseless? They are either nonsensical or were abusing their powers to look for 'extra money'. Let's dissect the statement 'But I saw you turning to this road so fast, you must have ran the red lights!'

Regarding the first part about turning so fast: First of all, I don't see any speed limit signage in this residential area if you want to be so technical. Secondly, I wish they actually had a speed trap to record my speed, because then I can show it to their faces that I was not speeding in the first place. I looked at my speedometer at that time (you would too if you saw policemen/police road block ahead of you) and it was below 50km/hr. Thirdly, who of those who value their lives wouldn't slow down while turning at a junction? I value my life very much as I was happily engaged at that time, thank you very much. So speed is very subjective as can be concluded.

It was the second part about running the red lights that I was worried about. Who can be my witness that the lights were green when I turned the junction? I was driving alone that time. And there were no cars behind me at the junction who I can ask to be my witness. Essentially, there's no proof, nothing to back me up that I was in the right. You can say, why not ask them to prove I committed an offence? They can shoot back and say, prove that you DIDN'T commit the offence! So what are you gonna do? Call for help?

Fortunately for me, after standing my ground and repeating that the light was green when I turned, I didn't ran any red lights, bla bla ba for a few minutes, the policemen relented and didn't pursue the matter any further. Maybe their conscience got the better of them. Or maybe I was driving a Kancil and they were thinking 'aiyah, slim pickings saja, go for a bigger one lah!'. Who knows?

To kenjarutaiaku, do you have sisters or relatives who have been raped before? If not, then don't try to disparage others by asking 'Kalau you kena rogol ke mana hendak buat laporan?'. You know very well the police should be the first stop to go to when such things happen. But why is the public confidence in our PDRM at an all-time low? Because they themselves asked for it. We all know that going to the police to make a report when some unfortunate things happened is just that, making a report. Have any of you, after reporting to the police that your house was broken into, or your car window was smashed and something stolen, or raped by an unknown assailant, etc have a closure to your report (e.g. stolen items recovered and returned, assailant caught and punished) and you were contacted about it? This may seem trivial to some of you but it matters a lot to the victims.

There are simply too many cons afflicting our dear PDRM, from the accusations of being politically one-sided to suspicions that they are working hand-in-hand with those whom they should be apprehending in the first place. What can the rakyat do when the very ones who are entrusted to uphold justice have, in the process, been corrupted?

All said, there are still a few in the PDRM who are good and do their best to uphold the integrity of the whole force but on their own, their numbers (2%, from reading somewhere) are too small to make much of a difference.

Power in the wrong hands will have drastic consequences.

  16. i am curious to know what happened before the video recording. did the police ask for a bribe? did the police bully pamela in any way? what happened before the video was taken?

  18. Adrian's Mum : Yes, because Malaysian couldn't afford to bribe them and their salary is much more higher than our policemen receive.

Btw, serve her right. I've got no sympathy toward her with that kind of attitude. If her cooperative then i'll support her. Its so obvious that she's trying to make a scene.

  19. what happened before the start of this video was not made known. if she had committed a traffic offence then the police officers have every right to stop and issue her with a summon. the police officers don't look aggressive nor threatening. I think this lady is more worrying and her ranting of knowning her rights is BS. I think she would have been kissing the road if this was somewhere in the US.

  20. DeeKay

Correction : Your Malaysian license is only valid for driving in the UK for SIX MONTHS FROM DATE OF FIRST ENTRY. If you are a student or residing in the UK for longer than 6 months you will need to take the British Driving Permit test.

More importantly, British cops are at least polite and DO NOT ask for bribes

  21. Pamela is just trying to be a smart ass. Really dumb and dumber, first to record the whole episode in which she is clearly at fault and secod to post it on You Tube. I have no sympathy for her, if anything she was trying to intimidate the police with her arrogant and offensive language. Granted our boys in blue may not be the smartest or noblest guys but they were only doing their job. They kept her IC in order to ensure Pamela would follow them back to the balai. So she should have been a good little girl and follow them back to the station where she could make her complaint (if any) to the officer on duty. Frankly I think the police should throw the book at her.

  22. Pamela you were the one at fault and making the intimidations all the while.

The whole episode who have been avoided if you had just signed the summons (without defacing it) and leave.

I know what Malaysian Police is like but you were very cocky and rude really belittling their English by asking, " Do you know what intimidating means?"

  23. Hahahaha…

Why in God's Name the 2 police guys keep on talking to her…

Why not just give her the summons and just go….hahahahaaha

I think there are just scare like anybody else…

  25. Hahaha, police jujur dan amanah ?

Thanks for the joke, really make my day.

They are famous for demanding kopi duit, maybe your standard for jujur & amanah is very low.

If you expect public to believe that, then rest assure we'll believe everything

  26. I don't think the police was rude or wrong initially. Pamela was the one who was rude and cocky first. You wrote something in the book that you were not supposed to!

  28. Intimidation? More like the policemen were intimidated by her crazy and imbecile act. She must think she was being a smart alec but in truth she was being the complete opposite. Is she trying to show how superior she is by speaking english? If there's anything this video shows it's that she's an imbecile.

  29. Nenek ni Macam Meludah Ke langit… Menunjukkan kebodohan diri sendiri….. Ajak pergi balai takut plak….. tak semestinya pegi balai semata-mata for under arrest…. Apa hak nenek ni nak conteng saman? tak sangka ada jugak anjing macam ni kat malaysia… Dahsyat giler ler

  30. fak you biatch.

intimidating govt servant, false accusation of intimidation, defacing buku saman, failure to heed instruction to go to police station.

i sincerely hope the AG's chambers will file criminal charge against you bitch.

  32. Kita rakyat malaysia, bahasa malaysia, ini orang cakap melayu pun tak berapa pandai ,habis tu nak lawan undang2 kamu biadap yang tak menhormati undang2 dan kakitangan awam charge sj kerna menggangu kakitangan awam

  33. If i'm on that police shoe, i will arrest that rude lady on the spot coz she's the want who intimidate the police officer by recording that video and refuse to follow teh order from the enforcement officer.

  34. What a stupid lady. You made mistake, just pay for the price lah!! Why the provocation? Eh, come on lah, they police are human too, you think they don't feel annoyed by what you did?

You expect the police to behave professionally and follow the law while dealing with crooks like you who have obviously broken the law. One moment they slipped and you already thrown all your shits at them.

    Really stupid lady.

  35. There is no Intimidating. This lady has no right to refuse an order from the officer to go to police station. Further more why msut she wrote the saman book??? She trying to go against the enforcement ofiicer just to show the the police are rude. TAKDE CIVIC MINDED PUNYA ORANG.

  36. Perempuan ni buat salah la. Kenapa nak salahkan polis????? Disuruh ke balai tapi dia Refuse. Itu dah dikira menghalang penjawat awam melaksanakan tugas. Tu nak bertegas kata dia dia tak salah lagi. Mabuk apa dia ni.

  37. Pamela, you really a dumbass and bitch. I was stopped by the policeman 2 weeks ago. He told me I was wrong for not using handsfree. I told him that I'm sorry cos I've enough problem as I was on my way to see my daughter whose car was rammed by Pajero. I show him my daughter's car picture. He then asked me what shall he do to me..I've told him that I'm sorry and leave it everything to him. He let off me with warning..You see Pamelo, you are the one who intimidate the police. The way you filmed the scene is for your cheap reporting business that you're in..During our difficult time, we need the police..But you try to make money out those people misery..Shame on you!!!!

  38. Banyak komen kata, polis tak terpelajar kerana tak pandai berbahasa inggeris.

  39. first thing first ,both police officers are rudes, precise to a point:p " do not talk or converse with chewing gums " no need to go into others details, unprofessional and lack of of Public Relations =FULLSTOP.!!!!!

  40. Perhaps sleepless night for Pamela. May be she regrets to publish the video in this blog. You can see, there are more cons than pros comments, meaning more support for the police`s action.

Hormat sikitlah PDRM. Kalau you kena rogol ke mana hendak buat laporan? Fikirkanlah!

Do not provoke police. Do not make baseless allegation against the police. You know, as law enforcement officer, his fundamental duty is to serve mankind; to safeguard lives and property; to protect the innocent against deception, the weak against oppression or intimidation, and the peaceful against violence or disorder; and to respect the Constitutional Rights OF ALL PERSONS TO LIBERTY, EQUALITY AND JUSTICE.

For me, I respect the police and I always admire their works, because I am a responsible citizen.

Go to hell those of you who condemn the police.

  41. Bila pencuri masuk rumah, minta tolong polis. dapat tangkap, kata polis bagus, bila kena saman polis jahat. Apa jadi org Malaysia ni…

    Tapi perempuan ni jahat lah

  42. and if ur in uk like i am. u'll get ur ass busted on the spot.

i was pulled over for owning a car while and registering it without a UK license (since we can use Malaysian license in UK).

wrong choice of word and bam my head was slammed to the hood of my car.

  43. taknak kena saman. taknak rasuah. don't do salah la.

use handphone elok2 la. u got the phone holder right?

  44. @jacko – u were shocked to see the policemen to speak english? oh come on. some people are not well educated okay. what do u have to say to more than 50% chinese (not disrespecting u guys) who can't even speak malay properly even after years of staying here in Malaysia

@pamela – u said ur a law abiding citizen. do u even know what handsfree mean? no hands okay. not putting it on loudspeaker. u use ur hand to operate the steering wheel that's it. and u didn't cooperate. main2 provoke with police when u conteng the summon book.

@police – kalau tak salah jangan la takut org ambil video. leks la bro.
