I think Pamela should not behave that way…The police is doing their job. Probably she thought she has the right but writing on the summons isn't right…It looks like she just want to show off her right which not at the right way.

These guys are polite. If she did anything like it in North America in a wink of an eye she would be lying on the ground cuffed.

I suspect all the bad comments from the readers towards her are from people who have never any encounter with the police. I have had many and most of them were ridiculous fishing trips hoping to scare me to admit some wrongdoing that they suspected I did.
It does not matter whether she is right or wrong all they should do is issue the summon which they didn't for possible bribes. The bad thing about such culture among police is that sometimes in their zealous attempts for bribes, innocent people get unnecessary summons.
Please read about the man (Chia Buang Hing) who was assaulted by the police. They apparently placed a parang and some drugs in his car as a cover up after the assault . Maybe you people will think otherwise as it can happen to any one of you. http://www.themalaysianinsider.com/malaysia/artic….
The (Amirul)case of the 16 y.o. victim shot dead by police and subsequently a parang found in the car should alert people of what the police is capable of.
Someone should do a statistical search, if that is possible of the number of incidences of parangs found in cars by police. Also spot checks should be done on police vehicles for such contrabands.
I had one ridiculous summon in which the policeman wrote that I was holding a handphone to the ear. He was far away and could not see me clearly, when actually i was placing my hand against my head. I did not respond to the attempts for settlement and accepted the summon and duly went to court to challenge. That was a start of my nightmare. First hearing, postponed and no date given and told verbally that it will be in two years time. Suddenly found my car blacklisted because i did not attend a court case which i had no idea about. Many trips to sort this out and with police incompetency, was shuttled from Serdang, Seri Kembangan and finally to Subang Jaya Police station to locate the officer in charge and received a new hearing date. Went to court twice and case was portponed twice. third time told the Magistrate that this was riduculous and he told me that this case will now be closed. Did not receive any official letter stating that although I asked the court policeman. Then found my blacklisting still in effect and went to Police station again and was told that the court did not inform the police about their decision. Finally I pressured him to make sure this is properly handled and he released my blacklisting and said he would clarify with the court. I told him I would gladly go to court again if he finds my story untrue and up to now (2 months) I have not received any phone call or letter of summon. Maybe because I am a professional, I dare to face the system and yet I faced such insurmountable odds which i overcam. What would be the fate of ordinary citizens? Even if you are innocent, this can happen to you and this means that the system is wrong!
for god sake,please have some manners la..i agree that some policeman are rude and ask for pocket money but not all of them and in this case,i think the policeman act that way because the girl provoke them to do so..we're missing the whole story here..this video only proves that this girl is a very rude citizen who doesnt know the rules well. if she's acting this rude while recording the video,imagine how rude she can be before she turn the camera on..who knows??
If every one does what she did the country will go to the dogs. why is she rude to the policemen. Take the summons and challenge it in the courts. Typical arrogance

loyar buruk is a creative website with great subtance,i hope more young people would join it.This country is in a dire need for bottom up non ethno religous oriented grass root democracy.i believe many youth could take charge of the leadership.Our mainstream political culture is still centred around personalities and feudalistic mindset that do not address the real issues that effects the common people,such as rising cost of living,social security,healthcare cost. affordable education,and the empowerment of the marginalised. Hopefully this website could contribute more of this issues through youths idealism.
By law if and when an officer of the law requests for ID the person has to produce it,if an offence has been committed the officer should just write the infringement with all details taken down and get her signature to aknowledge the offence,give her the summons and retain a copy for the administration dept of the cops to follow up by mail,if the offender refuses to comply with a legal request he/she can then be detained or arrested,in this case the offender is to be issued with the infringment notice and if he she so wishs to challenge it in court so its the persons right to do so but the prosecution will be there to ensure the offence was committed.If the officers have reason to detain the offender due to suspicious reasons,outstanding warrant,etc they can always detain the person and request for backup to bring the person to the base for further questioning.
I didn't finished all the movie, but the first half of the movie showing that the policemen is more rude than the girl.
I think the girl using camera recording for protecting herself only. I have seem a case that policemen act like "sum-sing" to treat a people at KL.
Ask youself deeply, you all wish to have Policemen "Perankai Sum-Sing" or "bermoral"?

unlikely for the govt to increase their pay when the number of policemen per citizen is simply not sufficient and the govt cannot afford to employ more policemen. It is not within their means to do so.

i hope one day the police man here will be CALL police offcicer! meaning proper education background. at least fluent in 2 major lauguage. ( of course no denial mesti BM and 2nd either english Chinese or Tamil. )

Summon, just get it and go. I agree with the police, they should take her to police station and give her another summon- Not co-operating with the Malaysia Police.

i think she just shows and proves that how rude she is to the police… she didn't prove the police is wrong here.. she prove that she is the one who intimidated the police.. she's the who doing wrong by talking over the phone while driving and deny that.. she did write something in that summon notice and deny her wrong doing.. i dont respect dis attitude…
