Schools or culture and language are a non-issue, unless chauvinistic, you won't find people being resentful of Malays naturalising in India or China or anywhere else. It is not any race that is the issue, the Chinese at least have imposed a one child policy (overkill as 2.1 is the required to maintain populations) to prevent it from being their fault the world is over populated. What other nation has been this conscientious? This will have to be done by the entire world very soon or even immediately because, there are too many of us already.

Civilians are as important as enforcement. Don't try to embolden an already IPCMC unaccountable police force. If you respect the police so much, make them respect the Sultans' wishes first. The IPCMC was recommended by the Sultans. BN refused to implement it. The onus is on enforcement to mediate, never the civilian. That is one aspect of what gives the police their authority. I think you guys have been and are still being unnecessarily mean to Pam even when compared to PDRM's excellent and conciliatory response. The onus is on the authorities and indirectly on the host race as well to reconcile.
These are intangible aspects that the mean spirited commentators completely gloss over to have an opportunity to be all chauvinistic about, showing the low minded natures of a certain segment of our populace. It is really very sad to view all in youtube. Actually, it was only a small matter and now has become a big issue. I am afraid the 1Malaysia policy is not going to success to every citizen in our MOTHERLAND no matter what races we are. Pamela might be wrong but I personally feel that the 2 policemen must act professionally as a law enforcers. No matter how, I sincerely hope our Government must send our law enforcers back to school and teaches them how to deal with different people when matters turn out to be ugly. I always believe MALAYSIA BOLEH! For me, if I happened to meet these policemen and the way the tackled this problem it was not professional lo…and of course Pamela felt she was being intimidated and she has to protect herself too as a citizen! We did not how this matter started off but I felt the policemen had to warn Pamela not to videotape by the roadside and it might cause danger to other road users.If Pamela was stubborn for not leaving, then they have to give her a summon la…! I have regular chats with a casual non-Malay friend whenever I can. I will call him Robin.
Robin is a typical 40-something middle-class ethnic-Chinese citizen of Malaysia. Born in Penang. Studied in Australia on a PaMa scholarship. Worked there as an auditor for a decade and returned to Malaysia to work in a smallish MNC in Subang Jaya. His wife is in advertising. They have no kids. He was a product of Chinese vernacular schooling, but his preferred home language is English.
He has never uttered a proper word of Bahasa Malaysia in all the years I’ve known him, although I know he is sufficiently conversant in our national language when I “caught” him in a mobile phone conversation with an IRB officer on some tax issues (it went something like: "… ya Puan, saya sudah isi semua punca pendapatan saya di dalam borang B …") a few years ago.
He was a BN-type fellow until a couple of years ago when his views became more “radical” and he became more opinionated on issues a typical ethnic-Chinese Malaysian would hitherto never touched, at least not publicly, and especially not in the presence of a Malay. His views are essentially a repackaged a la carte smorgasbord of typical ethnic-Chinese grievances littering the blogosphere.
I will relate these views and my conversation with Robin in an occasional serial in this blog.
The subject today is police corruption, a classic grievance of the ethnic-Chinese and a main topic in NameWee’s Negarakuku racist garbage.
Robin told me that the Chinese are victimised by the (Malay) police, with regular RM50 kopi money expropriated from them at every opportunity. He went on and on about these injustice and parasitic affliction reflective of the Malay “tongkat” culture.
I finally decided to engage Robin, to dissect and synthesize the core logic of this Chinese urban legend.
So I asked him:-
– When the traffic cop pulled him over, he must have broken the law – speeding, illegal U-Turn, entering a no-entry zone. Robin admitted that much, protesting that he had to cut queues and drive fast to be at work on time after the notorious Subang crawl.
– I said that the fine is typically RM300. He agreed.
– I told Robin that he could always accept the ticket and pay the full fine. But no, he decided to bribe the cop RM50.
– I told him that this is not extortion or expropriation. I don’t recall any story of Malay traffic cops getting RM50 from ethnic-Chinese motorists at gunpoint. Robin voluntarily gave the RM50 to settle the issue – in his own words, to Kau Tim. See, Kau Tim — to selesai the easy way out — has become part of the Malaysian vocab, courtesy of our ethnic-Chinese citizens.
– I told Robin that I regard traffic policemen — irrespective of ethnicity — who take bribes as crooks and lowlifes that must be weeded out of our society.
– But I also told Robin that he was the bigger crook, in fact by a factor of six. You see, Robin bribed the Malay policeman RM50 in order to cheat the nation of RM300 in uncollected revenues. Multiply this by potentially thousands of transactions per day and thats a pretty hefty amount of revenues foregone. No wonder Robin can splash on many of life's comforts while bribing his way through the fast lane of the Rat Race.
– I told Robin, I’ve never bribed a policeman in my life. When I get pulled over for speeding, two possibilities ensued: The policeman either gives me a verbal warning which I accept quietly; or the policeman gives me a speeding ticket, which again I accept quietly. No money asked, no money offered, no money given. I told Robin of my rule of thumb when I get pulled over anywhere on earth: When the cop starts to write a ticket, just shut the fxxk up. You Chinese are crippled by "thick undergrowth" alright ……. by the thick poisonous weeds of your own make-believe ethno-chauvinist propaganda. You have become a race of whiners. You complain about everything in this blessed land called Malaysia. You view yourselves as a race that has done and can do no wrong. You hate the police, but you use the police and ask for police protection. You condemn the law, but you use the same law to sue people. You tell the world that Malaysia is undemocratic, but you partake in the democratic process like an addiction.
You have become a race of contradictionists living in ambiguity underpinned by a dichotomous existence. In other words, you are a confused lot.
But what do you do?
You blame it all on the Malay majority.
See, our ethnic-Chinese citizens view the World from their Chinese-tinted glasses, where they are always betul while the Malays, the government, the laws, the constitution, indeed, the country are always salah.
Lets go back to Robin’s case:-
They break the law – by speeding.
They break the law – by bribing the policeman.
They break the law – by depriving the nation of this “social revenue.”
They break the law …. again … by speeding away in disgust after the payoff.
and
They break the law — by spewing seditious spins to the above stories for all the world to read.
But
They think they are the victims.
They are persecuted.
They are discriminated.
The Malays need their duit kopi to survive.
They think they are model citizens and above even an iota of criticism lest they will throw tantrums that reverberate across the world with shrills of "help us world, the Malays are repressing us, we got no rights."
In other words, they are the new untouchables of Malaysia – hypersensitive, hyperprotective, hyperdemanding, hyperselfish, hyper-ethnocentric, hyper-chauvinist ………. yeah, and jump queue at the Hypermarket as well!
Question: is this mindset sustainable? Is this the kind of people our founding fathers envisioned as Malaysian citizens? What actually went wrong?
Well, since the non-Malays nowadays take pride in their frankness and think there are no sacred cows in our complex socio-political framework, I will be frank as well. When the Duli-Duli Yang Maha Mulia Raja-Raja Melayu agreed to the wholesale dishing out of Malayan citizenships — even inexplicably waiving Bahasa Melayu proficiency tests — to a million and a half unwanted, abandoned stateless Chinese (and Indians) in 1957, could the Duli-Duli Tuanku have envisioned that the descendants of these desperate huddled masses would after 51 years become an unintegrated community of lawbreakers; a community infested by crooks and thieves and counterfeiters and pimps; a community that not only tidak terhutang budi to the Duli-Duli Tuanku for the precious kewarganegaraan, but now had the audacity to challenge every single tenet of Duli Tuanku's instruments of nationhood, not least the Bahasa Malaysia and Adat-Adat Melayu and the keris and the songkok and the sacred principle of Negara Dalam Arca Melayu held dear by Duli-Duli Tuanku.
Should we treat these pathological lawbreakers leniently? Give more muka and perhaps a piece of our peha on top of all the tanah, bukit, balak, pasir, sungai, and timah that they have siphoned away for the past abad or so? Do we need to kumpul and cuci anymore sampah, sisa, hampas and habuk in the bumi gersang and padang jarak padang tekukur left in their wake?
They deserve to be viewed as equal partners in nationbuilding? Heck, they don’t even recognise or comprehend the fundamental tenets of nationhood of our Tanah Air Tercinta.

jk I partly concur to what your comments are although part of it touched on your emotions but as far as I’m concerned I’m considered in Malaysia as “Others” or “dll” on every application forms we fill up. At home we speak in Bahasa Melayu, at gathering of the elders or family we spoke with our dialects and at work we speak English or Bahasa Melayu or our dialect but we are neither considered true Malaysians because most people in the Peninsula are ignorant about our status as a state within Malaysia and a major contributor to the country’s economy. In recent years, our ministers in the Parliament are most sought after by the ruling party and the opposition which has partly elevated us and become visible.
The uniqueness of the state of Sabah is that there are Sabahans that are Bumiputra Sabah by birth and yet they have Chinese names and do not speak or partly speak Chinese this is due to prior to independence or after, a number of Chinese married our local Sabahans and their children (some with Chinese names) are called “Sino-Kadazans”, sino-Bajao, Cina Suluk etc. In recent years, you can find Chinese Sabahans working around the country in restaurants, security firms, factories etc. particularly in the Peninsula and yet, we don’t complain about race issues because a majority of us are proud to be Sabahans and as well as Malaysians. We are actually filling up the gap left by foreigners who used to work as doctors, engineers, contractors, waiters, waitress, laborers, cooks, security guards, maids etc. discriminated or not, we don’t complain about anything, we just work.
The magic formula about unity and race is to love your State and be loyal to it and respect of your country and your ethnicity. Race must not be an issue to control or be marginalize in society where the common objective is to bring home the fruit of your labor. The three major races in the country are lucky to be able to choose whether to be schooled in Chinese Vernacular school, Sekolah Kebangsaan or Tamil whereas we Sabahans (Sarawakians too) with varied ethnic groups in their respective cultural background the indigenous population which made up of some 30 groups using more than 50 indigenous languages and not less than 80 dialects and yet we do not complain to have an ethnic school so that our children can learn our languages and dialects this is because we teach our children our unique culture at home. We teach our children to respect, honor our ancestors and keep our tradition well. We teach our children to respect the country’s leaders, to respect the government and to contribute to society. We teach our children to respect the law by not bribing or to disobey it and in return, we just need the cheapest flight home courtesy of Air Asia or MAS and share with our families the hard earned bucks in a far away land.
…lady, if you happen to be in USA, you would have been asked to be arrested for not cooperating with the police and given the famous Miranda warning…..“You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to speak to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed to you. The non-Malays went berserk when they heard how the Principal in Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra, Kulai, Johor insulted their children, by asking the Chinese to go back to China and the Indians of wearing dog-chains.
I am not a racist, though I admit that I started to doubt that now. I personally don’t agree with racist remarks from anybody especially coming from a teacher. But with the racist sentiment filling up the air uncontrollably, lately, I understand fully, how this teacher has come to this point.
A teacher wouldn’t be uttering such words without a good reason. Something must have triggered the words and I believe, she was provoked into saying it just like what the DAP and MCA is doing to the government, UMNO and the Malays lately.
We are already choking, and it looks like nothing could be said or done could purify the air for now.
I do believe that the ‘dog-chain’ thing is too much. The Principal should apologize on that and if action is to be taken, then be it.
But, I didn’t know that coming from China is something insulting. Asking someone to go home is not at all a racist remark.
Especially when the Chinese made it clear how proud they are to be Chinese from China . They look up upon Mao Tze Tung and all the great warriors of China and never share the same proudness towards our Hang Tuah, Tunku Abdul Rahman, Mat Kilau and other Malaysian heroes just because these Malaysian heroes are not of Chinese ethnic.
The Chinese despise Malaysia , Malays, our Kings, our language and everything, so why the hell don’t they go back to China ? It is just natural for the Principle to tell their kids to go back to China , where their hearts and souls belong.
Only in Malaysia , we see people go crazy, stomping their feet, insisting that they are Malaysians but at the same time don’t want anything to do with Malaysia .
Only in Malaysia , we see people who insist that they are Malaysians but couldn’t even speak Bahasa Malaysia .
Only in Malaysia , we see people who want to be treated equally as the original settlers but cunningly try to re-write the Malaysian’s history and constitution.
Only in Malaysia , we see people who claim to be Malaysians but cannot even sing the National Anthem!
Only in Malaysia , we see people who fight for equality but insist on going to vernacular schools.
No other multi-racial country in the world would tolerate vernacular schools except Malaysia .
No other multi-racial country in the world would give equal privilege, rights or acknowledgment on the importance of other culture and language to be taught and nurtured among the youngsters.
Only in Malaysia we see minority own 81% of the economic cake and it is still ain’t enough.
Only Malaysian Chinese would ask for Namewee to be forgiven and look up upon the person and even set up a fan club.
And only Malaysia , would forgive someone like Namewee.
The fact that Malaysia has come this far and that the Malaysian Chinese have achieved so much doesn’t seem important anymore.
Of course there are few Chinese students who didn’t get scholarships despite being poor, but there are Malay and Bumiputra students with the same fate too. The problem lies in the implementation of the system, not the race. We have to stop looking at things from the race point of view.
In order to do that, maybe the Chinese first need to look at it from the non-Chinese point of view: what if you didn’t get promoted even when you have proven to be the best employee just because the Chinese management wants only Chinese to hold top posts?
Or you did not get the job even when the interviewer admitted that you are the best candidate, and tell you to your face that they can’t hire you because you are not a Chinese?
Only Malaysian Chinese can hire a new, dumb guy to become your boss, rather than promoting you to the post because the new, dumb guy is a Chinese and you’re not.
Only Malaysian Chinese who want to hold top posts in government sectors but will never ever open top posts for other races in the private sectors dominated by them.
Only in Malaysian Chinese we see a clear practice of double standard and bias when questioning about the positions and employment opportunities in government sectors as compared to private sectors.
Only in Malaysian Chinese, we see zero tolerance, total greed and unlimited hatred.
Only in Malaysian Chinese we see that greed, intolerance, hatred and double standards are acceptable values.
So, how do the Malaysian Chinese interpret equality, actually?
How do the Malaysian Chinese prove that they deserve to be treated as Bumiputras or even call themselves Malaysians?
Could I get a straight, simple answer to these simple questions?

2. I would also like to thank those who sent get well messages, fruits and flowers while I was in hospital in Melbourne.
3. Honestly I feel I have lost an opportunity to meet and talk to what may be the future leaders of Malaysia. For this reason I am writing down here what would have been the contents of my talk.
4. The suggested topic for my talk was, “Are we ready for 1 Malaysia: Does Race Still Play a Part?”
5. I will be frank but factual. My only interest is the country we all love. I am past self-interest.
6. First let me refer to the slogan “1 Malaysia”.
7. Without the Government spelling out the precise meaning of 1 Malaysia, different people are giving their own interpretations which not only differ from each other but are in conflict with each other.
8. The Malays generally interprete 1 Malaysia to mean real adoption of the national language as the home language by every citizen as happens in other multiracial countries. They also expect the abolition of Chinese and Tamil schools and ensuring the private sector has a fair participation of Malays and other Bumiputeras.
9. The Chinese and Indians interprete 1 Malaysia to mean amendments to the constitution to eliminate provisions for the special treatment of the Malays and their protection by the Rulers, removal of the quota for Malays in the Civil Service, termination of the NEP, termination of the 30 per cent quota for Malays and indigenous people in business, termination of the quota for awards of licences, contracts and Aps. All awards to be on a competitive basis and open to all irrespective of race. They also expect perpetuation and maintenance of Chinese and Indian schools by the Government.
10. These two interpretations of 1 Malaysia admittedly are by the more extreme groups. The more moderate ones from both sides are milder in their expectations but their minimum intetrpretations still provide irreconcilable conflicts. 1 Malaysia clearly means different things to the different races.
11. This is the present position and it is obvious that race still play a very important role.
12. Question: It is now more than 50 years since independence. For how long do the Malays expect to be treated as special and different from the other citizens?
Answer: For as long as the Chinese and Indians prefer to be identified with their countries of origins. For as long as they want to keep their home languages and their schools.
13. Question: The so-called social contract were made a long time ago. We were not involved and we cannot be bound by it forever. When can we ignore the social contract and draw up our own social contract?
Answer: When everyone agrees to throw out the old social contract and replace it with a new one.
This will take a long time. As the new contract will be between races, racial factors would be included. Unless both sides agree to give up their races’ own rights as spelt out in the first contract i.e. the preservation of own home languages and schools etc. the rights of the indigenous races to their special position etc must remain a part of the new social contract.
It is not certain that each would not demand for more than what they got under the old contract. It is likely there would be no agreement and no contract. Ths would lead to perpetual conflicts.
14. Question: So there will be no solution. The racial divisions and conflicts will remain.
Answer: In Vision 2020 one of the objectives is to create a bangsa Malaysia.
The belief at that time was that if Malaysia becomes a fully developed country, it would become very prosperous.
This prosperity would be fairly shared between the races. There would be less jealousy between them. There would also be less fear of any race being dominated by any other race.
The political cooperation between the races would also be made more meaningful as loyalty to the country would override other loyalties. In fact non-racial parties would be the trend.
It would take a long time perhaps – depending on fair wealth distribution. But once it takes off the pace will increase.
Malaysians of all races would be so proud of their country and its great achievements that the desire to be linked with other countries would be much diminished if not disappear altogether (as happens in prosperous multi-racial countries like the US – where the German, Eisenhower led the war against Germany. Eisenhower was American first and his country of origin was irrelevant to him).
The Malaysians at that stage would be Bangsa Malaysia first and always. The thing to do now is to ensure prosperity for the country and its fair distribution. Removing current rights of any of the races at this moment will only lead to racial conflicts which would obstruct prosperity.
15. Question: There are Malays in the opposition who condemn the NEP as unfair discrimination.
Answer: There are also Chinese and Indians who appreciate what the Malays have done and support the NEP. They are not so vocal for obvious reasons.
One should look at the Malays who condemn the NEP. If they are politicians or supporters of certain parties their views are motivated by a desire to get Chinese support. They assume that they themselves would lead the nation and enjoy power and opportunities through Chinese support. But there will be a pay-back period. The support is not for free. The Malay leaders will be like Nizar (Jamaluddin) when he was Menteri Besar of Perak – mere puppets.
The non-politically educated Malays feel ashamed that they have to be helped. They would like to be recognised as people who succeeded on their own. If we study these people almost invariably they have benefited from the NEP. They appear to be ashamed of this.
They are ashamed to admit that they were unable to compete with the other races. I am not ashamed to admit that I cannot compete with the Chinese and Indian students when studying medicine. They had much better results than me and the other six Malay students for entry into the Medical College. Even at that time the British promised to the Rulers to help educate the Malays. I had my chance because of the affirmative action then. On pure merit I would not be a doctor today, not because I was not qualified, but my qualification was lower than others.
One has to remember that the Chinese civilisation is more than 4000 years old. No other civilisation has lasted that long. Naturally they have developed a culture better able to survive under all conditions. It is my belief that if the percentage of Chinese in the United Kingdom for example is the same as in Malaysia, UK would be better developed than it is now. It is not surprising that the Chinese excel in developing Malaysia (for which they are amply rewarded).
It is not shameful to lose out against them. Simply to catch up with them we need handicaps. To be given handicaps is to ensure fairness, not discrimination. That is why in golf you have handicaps. That is why in all contests there must be equality between the contestants.
It is selfish if having benefited from the handicaps you want to deny others from having them.
But when all is said and done, those who are given the benefits of handicaps must make honest efforts to use them properly. If they don’t then they must forfeit the handicaps in the future.

The belief at that time was that if Malaysia becomes a fully developed country, it would become very prosperous.
This prosperity would be fairly shared between the races. There would be less jealousy between them. There would also be less fear of any race being dominated by any other race.
The political cooperation between the races would also be made more meaningful as loyalty to the country would override other loyalties. In fact non-racial parties would be the trend.
It would take a long time perhaps – depending on fair wealth distribution. But once it takes off the pace will increase.
Malaysians of all races would be so proud of their country and its great achievements that the desire to be linked with other countries would be much diminished if not disappear altogether (as happens in prosperous multi-racial countries like the US – where the German, Eisenhower led the war against Germany. Eisenhower was American first and his country of origin was irrelevant to him).
The Malaysians at that stage would be Bangsa Malaysia first and always. The thing to do now is to ensure prosperity for the country and its fair distribution. Removing current rights of any of the races at this moment will only lead to racial conflicts which would obstruct prosperity.
15. Question: There are Malays in the opposition who condemn the NEP as unfair discrimination.
Answer: There are also Chinese and Indians who appreciate what the Malays have done and support the NEP. They are not so vocal for obvious reasons.
One should look at the Malays who condemn the NEP. If they are politicians or supporters of certain parties their views are motivated by a desire to get Chinese support. They assume that they themselves would lead the nation and enjoy power and opportunities through Chinese support. But there will be a pay-back period. The support is not for free. The Malay leaders will be like Nizar (Jamaluddin) when he was Menteri Besar of Perak – mere puppets.
The non-politically educated Malays feel ashamed that they have to be helped. They would like to be recognised as people who succeeded on their own. If we study these people almost invariably they have benefited from the NEP. They appear to be ashamed of this.
They are ashamed to admit that they were unable to compete with the other races. I am not ashamed to admit that I cannot compete with the Chinese and Indian students when studying medicine. They had much better results than me and the other six Malay students for entry into the Medical College. Even at that time the British promised to the Rulers to help educate the Malays. I had my chance because of the affirmative action then. On pure merit I would not be a doctor today, not because I was not qualified, but my qualification was lower than others.
One has to remember that the Chinese civilisation is more than 4000 years old. No other civilisation has lasted that long. Naturally they have developed a culture better able to survive under all conditions. It is my belief that if the percentage of Chinese in the United Kingdom for example is the same as in Malaysia, UK would be better developed than it is now. It is not surprising that the Chinese excel in developing Malaysia (for which they are amply rewarded).
It is not shameful to lose out against them. Simply to catch up with them we need handicaps. To be given handicaps is to ensure fairness, not discrimination. That is why in golf you have handicaps. That is why in all contests there must be equality between the contestants.
It is selfish if having benefited from the handicaps you want to deny others from having them.
But when all is said and done, those who are given the benefits of handicaps must make honest efforts to use them properly. If they don’t then they must forfeit the handicaps in the future.

1. I would like to apologise to the students and others for failing to turn up to give the talk I had agreed to.
2. I would also like to thank those who sent get well messages, fruits and flowers while I was in hospital in Melbourne.
3. Honestly I feel I have lost an opportunity to meet and talk to what may be the future leaders of Malaysia. For this reason I am writing down here what would have been the contents of my talk.
4. The suggested topic for my talk was, “Are we ready for 1 Malaysia: Does Race Still Play a Part?”
5. I will be frank but factual. My only interest is the country we all love. I am past self-interest.
6. First let me refer to the slogan “1 Malaysia”.
7. Without the Government spelling out the precise meaning of 1 Malaysia, different people are giving their own interpretations which not only differ from each other but are in conflict with each other.
8. The Malays generally interprete 1 Malaysia to mean real adoption of the national language as the home language by every citizen as happens in other multiracial countries. They also expect the abolition of Chinese and Tamil schools and ensuring the private sector has a fair participation of Malays and other Bumiputeras.
9. The Chinese and Indians interprete 1 Malaysia to mean amendments to the constitution to eliminate provisions for the special treatment of the Malays and their protection by the Rulers, removal of the quota for Malays in the Civil Service, termination of the NEP, termination of the 30 per cent quota for Malays and indigenous people in business, termination of the quota for awards of licences, contracts and Aps. All awards to be on a competitive basis and open to all irrespective of race. They also expect perpetuation and maintenance of Chinese and Indian schools by the Government.
10. These two interpretations of 1 Malaysia admittedly are by the more extreme groups. The more moderate ones from both sides are milder in their expectations but their minimum intetrpretations still provide irreconcilable conflicts. 1 Malaysia clearly means different things to the different races.
11. This is the present position and it is obvious that race still play a very important role.
12. Question: It is now more than 50 years since independence. For how long do the Malays expect to be treated as special and different from the other citizens?
Answer: For as long as the Chinese and Indians prefer to be identified with their countries of origins. For as long as they want to keep their home languages and their schools.
13. Question: The so-called social contract were made a long time ago. We were not involved and we cannot be bound by it forever. When can we ignore the social contract and draw up our own social contract?
Answer: When everyone agrees to throw out the old social contract and replace it with a new one.
This will take a long time. As the new contract will be between races, racial factors would be included. Unless both sides agree to give up their races’ own rights as spelt out in the first contract i.e. the preservation of own home languages and schools etc. the rights of the indigenous races to their special position etc must remain a part of the new social contract.
It is not certain that each would not demand for more than what they got under the old contract. It is likely there would be no agreement and no contract. Ths would lead to perpetual conflicts.
14. Question: So there will be no solution. The racial divisions and conflicts will remain.

Stick to the topic at hand. The policemen are just trying to do their job and if you intimidate them by speaking arrogantly and then filming the incident then you have to expect some backlash. If only you try the soft and polite approach you would have been better off. The policemen are human too and are subject to emotion, just like you !
There are too many law breakers on the road, beside the mat rempits, who are not afraid to go against the traffic code just because they can afford to pay the fine. That is why people like Pam who drives beyond the speed limit get themselves maimed or killed.
I read on youtube that she was fired from a company for accusing a colleague of stealing her camera and calling the police (ironic isn't it?). Only to find out later that she had misplaced it herself. (swell huh?)
you know what? I actually know who this Pam is. She use to tell her friends when they have problems with other to fight on and say their piece. I am so surprised that she has nothing to say after all this comments. Someone cut off your tongue or hacked off your fingers isit????

Some things are innately right and some innately wrong. Equality for all man can't be wrong. Arguing for end of apartheid policy is not wrong.
The Reid Commission only stipulated 15 years after which a review would be made. This review was not made – so wrong. It is now 4 times the recommended period of Special Privileges. No reviews yet and obviously the Bumiputra system been abused as seen in the unequal distribution of wealth among bumiputra – more wrong.
So Special Privileges originally intended as affirmative action, have now taken the form of APARTHEID. This cannot be denied can it?
Demanding the continuation of expired Special Privileges is wrong. You can insist you are right but the facts are these and say you and those insisting on it's continuance are wrong. That is the major difference between Malays in Barisan and Pakatan.
