A civilian reporter, documents in writing and video the grossly disproportionate use of force by the police to stop people from peacefully gathering at last Sunday’s anti-ISA candlelight vigil in PJ. 29 people were arrested with the use of another oppressive law for demonstrating against a draconian law.
