Have you ever heard of ‘Lord Bobo’s Minion’?
If you haven’t, where have you been for the past months?
Lord Bobo’s Minion is a one-man band, one of the 12 acts featured in MyConstitution campaign Radio Demokratika album. You can get the album at Rock Corner, Victoria Music Centre, the Bar Council and the Rice Cooker Shop. For details on how you can purchase THE only album you need in 2011, click here.
On 02 April 2011, my minion (one of many) performed at the Rock 4 Rights music festival in Fort Cornwallis, Penang. A collaborative effort between the MyConstitution campaign, Saya Anak Bangsa Malaysia and Frinjan, supported by Malaysiakini, YES and the Penang State Government. The 12 hour event was attended by some 1,000 people.
This is the performance. Eyewitnesses swear that undergarments were thrown by his adoring fans afterwards.
