As the Malaysian Centre for Constitutionalism and Human Rights (MCCHR) approaches its 5th anniversary, we would like to carry out an assessment of our organisation.
The MCCHR is a not-for-profit organisation focused on promoting and protecting human rights in Malaysia. Established in March 2011, the MCCHR’s main activities includes UndiMsia!, its civic education programme and its strategic litigation programme.
The objective of the assessment is to see which areas of the MCCHR require improvement so that we are able to carry out our work effectively and efficiently.
The assessment should examine, including but not limited to, the MCCHR’s organisational capacity (how we use our resources, systems and processes to perform); organisational motivation (what drives the members of the organisation to perform); and external environment in which we operate and to what extent it affects our performance.
The assessment should start soonest possible but no later than 3rd week of January 2016 and the evaluation report to be completed no later than end of February 2016.
The MCCHR is looking for an individual/organisation to carry out the organisational assessment.
