Since its formation on 1 Jan 2009 to replace the Anti-Corruption Agency, the MACC has constantly found itself in the limelight. From its investigations of high-profile corruption cases, to its handling of witnesses and suspects, questions have frequently been raised of the MACC. In an effort to foster better understanding, the MACC and Bar Council Constitutional Law Committee are organising a dialogue session, as follows:
