A brief introduction to ATMAH
The ATMAH (Action To Mobilise All Humanity) Project team has been actively running its community service programmes for over 9 years since its inception in August 2001.
ATMAH Project is focused on improving academic performance and education opportunities for children and youth who come from poor urban settlements, especially those living in squatter colonies and low-cost flats.
To date, more than 1,000 children have benefited from the ATMAH Project programmes, which are all run entirely by a team of dedicated volunteers (who have full time jobs of their own), include :
1) Providing free tuition classes during weekends.
2) Special coaching and study skills seminars for exam year students.
3) Human values and moral education programmes.
4) Career guidance and teaching living skills.
5) Establishment of dedicated study centre within low-cost flats.
